Ashley Ortega (born 26 December in San Fernando La Union, Philippines) is an Filipino actor from the Philippines. Ashley Ortega, a Filipino actress. The father of her is Spanish as well as Filipino. Asha gained experience working for the FBI with interviewing methods and in electronic surveillance. Additionally, she was educated about deadly force, firearms and various methods for interrogation. Asha graduated from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs and was given a Fulbright to research constitutional change in Bogota. She graduated with a law diploma from Yale Law School where she was an Coker Fellow with a focus on Constitutional Law and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Juan R. Torruella on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in San Juan Puerto Rico. She was admitted into both the State Bar of New York and Connecticut in 2003. Asha has published op-eds in The New York Times The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post among others and is presently a legal editor for ABC News. She sits on the Just Security board of editors and is also a Council of Foreign Relations Member.
